Between Montalcino and San Giovanni d'Asso, the agriristorante Il Pelo nell'uovo overlooks both the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Orcia. Its philosophy and location make it an ideal place for lovers of handmade pasta, homemade bread, and nature.

Il Pelo nell’uovo is an agriristorante located in one of the most picturesque landscapes of Tuscany, in San Giovanni d’Asso, within the municipality of Montalcino, straddling the Crete Senesi and the Val d’Orcia. Here you will find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, traditional Tuscan dishes, and total respect for nature, seasonality, and the origin of raw materials, most of which are produced on our farm or carefully selected from local farms.
