Why images of dishes instead of a menu? Here’s why:
This is a small restaurant in the countryside where you eat simple and seasonal dishes. A few dishes, based on the bounty of our vegetable garden, spelt or ancient grain pasta, eggs from our hens, top-quality certified organic meat, and cheeses from the nearby dairy. A few dishes inspired by the ingredients of the moment, which is why it’s impossible for us to have a menu; we would have to change it every day or almost.
